Is TutorStudio KCSIE 2025 compliant?

Yes. TutorStudio is designed specifically for UK tutors and agencies. KCSIE 2025 safeguarding requirements, safer recruitment checks, and DBS verification workflows are built into the onboarding and ongoing practice management.

Does TutorStudio take a commission on payments?

Only on the free tier (10% commission). All paid tiers carry zero commission — you keep everything your students pay. Secure payments are built in; families see your name on their bank statement, not ours.

Is TutorStudio suitable for under-18 students?

Yes. TutorStudio is built to the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC / Children's Code). Under-18 student profiles have stricter data minimisation and parental consent flows. AADC compliance is a default, not an optional add-on.
